Entity-level tracking
Every object's exact stage, visible on demand - not inferred from a percentage.
PLM Flux by CTGT Innovations
PLM Flux is CTGT's data migration framework for Teamcenter. Every item, document, and relationship becomes a trackable Migration Entity - so you always know its exact stage, not just an overall percentage.
Platform-agnostic
Same Entity → Batch → Task Bucket engine, regardless of source system.
The problem
Ask a typical migration lead where things stand, and the honest answer is often "let me check and get back to you." Status lives in spreadsheets, updated by hand, already stale by the time it reaches anyone who can act on it.
The framework
Every object PLM Flux touches moves through the same six stages. At any moment, for any object, you can see exactly which one it's in - and watch it move.

Independently re-runnable - stuck objects never block the rest
Fully auditable - every stage transition is logged
How it's structured
PLM Flux abstracts every object into a Migration Entity, each with a functional model suited to how Teamcenter actually stores it. Entities are broken into Batches that run, fail, and re-run independently, so one bad batch never holds up the rest of the program.

Batch Layer - Illustrative
Each tile is one batch. Failures are isolated, searched, and re-batched without re-running what already succeeded.
Capabilities
Every object's exact stage, visible on demand - not inferred from a percentage.
Failures are searched, isolated, and re-run - without touching what already succeeded.
Source-to-Teamcenter attribute mapping, versioned and validated per entity.
Orchestrates inserts and status updates across machines in the right order, automatically.
The same Entity - Batch - Task Bucket engine migrates from Windchill, Agile PLM, 3DExperience, Enovia, Teamcenter Enterprise, SAP PLM, or SmarTeam.
Every stage transition is logged and reconciled - ready for go-live sign-off, not reconstructed after the fact.
What changes for you
9M+
Delivered on a single Teamcenter program for a global manufacturer, signed off after two dress-rehearsal cutovers.
100%
Object by object, not just batch by batch - so status is a fact, not an estimate.
70+
Senior Teamcenter and CAD integration expertise across NX, CATIA, Creo, and SolidWorks at a materially lower program cost.
Built for controlled enterprise programs
Delivery-proven
PLM Flux extends CTGT's digital engineering delivery model by giving teams a repeatable, auditable migration engine for the exact place PLM programs usually slow down.
Built around how Teamcenter actually stores data - schema, classification, and BOM rules included.
One engine, any legacy PLM source - Windchill, Agile, 3DExperience, Enovia, SAP PLM, or SmarTeam.
Every stage transition logged automatically, ready for validation and go-live sign-off.
Run at 9M+ object scale, with the same framework applied from metadata through CAD.
